- providing information on all studies currently on offer, and the ECTS at a particular faculty or department
- recruiting outgoing Erasmus students
- accepting incoming Erasmus students
- taking care of didactic matters in case of incoming and outgoing Erasmus students, e.g. accepting the choice of courses and lectures and the number of ECTS; preparing and signing learning agreements; supervising the preparation of the transcript of records before the departure of Erasmus incoming students
List of Faculty Coordinators for Mobility
If you are an Erasmus student, you may contact your faculty coordinator by e-mail or phone. However, if you would like to meet your coordinator in person, please remember that during the academic year each professor has his or her "office hours", which means that you may find him or her only at that time in his/her room at the university! So if you have any questions or would like to talk to your coordinator, please check when and where you may meet them!
Dean's Offices
Dean's Offices are units at each faculty which are responsible for the following tasks:
- helping incoming students in registration for the courses in USOS
- issuing a duplicate of the student ID card (in case it is lost or stolen)
- preparing the Transcript of records before the departure of Erasmus students
