Formalities at NCU
Erasmus+ students are exempt from tuition fees. During the Orientation Week (which starts at the beginning of each semester, in October and mid-February), there are special meetings with the staff of the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility - DIPEM ("Erasmus Office") in Toruń (address: ul. Gagarina 11; tel. (+48 56) 611 49 28, incoming@erasmus.umk.pl) or in Bydgoszcz (address: ul. Jagiellońska 13; tel. (+48 52) 585 33 37, erasmus@cm.umk.pl).
During the Orientation Week each student is provided with the following information:
- Registration at NCU
- Access to Internet (Student's House, Eduroam, computing services)
- Student's House (documents and rules)
- Residence Registration (Meldunek, rejestracja pobytu)
- Coordinators and arranging the study programme
- Registration for courses
- Polish course
- Library and Library training
- The Foreign Language Center (learning different foreign languages)
- Sport classes
- Prolongation of Erasmus stay
