Erasmus+ Traineeship Details

Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility

Traineeship Opportunities: 2 graduate or undergraduate students

Dates: 3-6 months, preferably February/March – June 2025; September 2025 – February/March 2026

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Organisation: Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń (PL TORUN01), Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility - Erasmus+ Office

Qualifications: Knowledge of English at least B2+; Strong communication skills essential for assisting students and providing support; Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop); Being able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized; Skills in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

Additional Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the Erasmus+ Programme; Prior experience as an Erasmus participant at NCU; Video recording and editing skills; Knowledge of Polish.


Traineeship Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning and implementation of events including Orientation Week, meetings, workshops, webinars and conferences organized by Erasmus+ Office;
  • Organising events and workshops, giving presentations (under supervision);
  • Preparing and coordinating a cultural program for international students;
  • Helping international students navigate university, Toruń and Poland;
  • Preparation of the promotional and informational materials for international students (including website, social media and traditional forms)
  • Activly participating in the promotion of the Erasmus+ Programme and NCU
  • Contributing to the preparation of documents and communication content
  • Sourcing, compiling, analysing and presenting data.

Compensation: No financial compensation. The student can receive the Erasmus+ grant from their home Univeristy
