Summer School of Polish Language for Foreigners is a great way to spend your holidays and allows you to combine intensive learning of Polish and exploring Polish culture.
Our classes are taught on different levels by experienced teachers. If you are a beginner, it will allow you to quickly learn the basics of the language, necessary in the most important communication situations (greetings, travelling, asking for directions, shopping, in restaurants, renting a flat or a room, seeing a doctor). More advanced students will have a chance to develop their speaking, reading, writing and grammar skills.
Apart from the Polish classes, the students can also participate in lectures on Polish culture, literature, politics and other social issues, taught in English and Polish by our university staff.
We have also planned a variety of cultural and sightseeing activities, such as bonfire, visits in museums, tours of Toruń, concerts, socializing in local pubs. On Sundays, trips across Poland will be organized.

- an academic and cultural programme, meals and accommodation in double room you pay 945 euro;
- a three-week programme:
- an academic programme only you pay 545 euro,
- an academic and cultural programme you pay 765 euro,
- an academic and cultural programme and meals you pay 1035 euro,
- an academic and cultural programme, meals and accommodation in single room you pay 1355 euro,
- an academic and cultural programme, meals and accommodation in double room you pay 1305 euro.

Meals: breakfast and dinner.
It is possible to participate in the course with no accommodation, no meals and no culture programme (You can book accommodation on your own, for example in dormitory 6 in Centrum or dormitory 10 in Bielany).

The course fee should be paid before the beginning of the course.
In case of not receiving a visa the tution fee is sent back to the candidate after we receive a written request letter. The candidate also bears all the costs of transfering money and the risk of modification of the exchange rate. The conditions of course cancellation are defined in the ORDER No. 160 of the Rector of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń dated 28 October 2019.
