HR Excellence in Research

HR Excellence in Research is an award granted by the European Commission to academic and research institutions that implement high standards in working conditions, career development, and transparent recruitment processes for researchers. Nicolaus Copernicus University received this award in 2015.

IDUB is a programme that supports the development of Polish research universities by funding initiatives that improve the quality of scientific research, education, and the internationalization of universities. NCU is among the elite group of ten Polish universities participating in IDUB.
