Before departure from Toruń
Before departure you must fill in and collect several documents which are required by host and home universities in order to validate your Erasmus+ stay.
These are the steps which will help you complete all Erasmus formalities:
- Clearance Slip (CS) - in USOS
- Learning Agreement (+ Changes to Learning Agreement)
- Evaluation Form (on-line)
- Transcript of records (a list of all courses and exams that you have taken at NCU, prepared by the Dean's Office)
- Certificate of Attendance (called also a Duration Sheet or a Confirmation of Erasmus+ studies, prepared by Erasmus+ Office)
