Prolongation of Erasmus+ Studies
Students who were nominated for their Erasmus+ stay at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń only for the winter semester can apply for the prolongation of their studies in Toruń for the summer semester.
The application process is as follows:
- Application for prolongation should be signed and stamped by the respective faculty coordinator in Toruń and then sent to your university for signature and stamp.
- Please remember to mark in the application, if you are interested in university accommodation (single/double room).
- Faculty coordinators at NCU may ask you to fill in additionally the Changes to the Learning agreement for studies (“During mobility” Part) including courses for the summer semester.
- A scan of Application for prolongation (signed and stamped by both universities) should be presented at the Department of International Partnerships and Educational Mobility - DIPEM ("Erasmus Office") by the 1st of DECEMBER.
